Tron: Legacy

Well I saw Tron yesterday and here's my little review on it. It's a disappointment to say the least, the hype leading up to it and what the trailers showed make it look like an above average film.

The dialog fell flat on most instances and alot of their lines were cheesy or just plain didn't needed to be said. There was no real connection to the viewers between Kevin Flynn and Sam Flynn (Father and Son) which is what this movie is all based about. The soundtrack was ok, nothing great.

So in conclusion, The film was just to short for what they tried to do. If they made it longer and built the relationship better this could have been a stronger film.

it was pretty cool and worth my money.

i feel the same way in certain respects. i feel like they just tried to make a sequel expecting people to see the first one which came out like 30 years ago. they also repeated like 10 plot points from the original and a HUGE amount of the movie were bad cliches. all in all. i do agree. they could've done MUCH better with what they had on their hands.
